Jonas Udris – Founder & Lead Trainer
Jonas Udris holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University and brings over 20 years of managerial experience in both the public and private sectors. With 6+ years in the regulated finance domain, he specializes in conducting internal AML assessments for financial institutions and VASPs. Jonas is a dedicated lifelong learner who continually refines his skills, having completed the FinTech – Innovation, Finance and Regulation course at the Florence School of Banking & Finance. A former lecturer at Mykolas Romeris University and Vilnius College of Law Business, Jonas now leads Legalogix Academy with the vision of delivering top-tier compliance training programs.
Vaiva Amulė – Fintech Advisor & Speaker
Recognized as the Fintech Leader of the Year in Lithuania in 2023 and among the Top 3 Fintech Leaders in 2022, Vaiva Amulė is an accomplished professional renowned for her work in driving growth and innovation within the fintech sector. She served as the Head of Fintech Hub LT, advocating for collaborative industry policies, and currently sits on the board as a former president of the association. With an MSc in International Business (Distinction) from London South Bank University, Vaiva frequently appears as a speaker at fintech events, judges industry awards, and lectures at institutions such as VILNIUS TECH. Vaiva is also CAMS certified, bringing a deep understanding of anti-money laundering standards to the Legalogix team.
Laura Beinorienė – Advocate & Compliance Specialist
A seasoned expert in intellectual property, copyright, IT, and trademark law, Laura also specializes in GDPR compliance and AML prevention. She holds an LL.M. in Law from Justus Liebig University Giessen and earned her law degree from Vilnius University. With extensive experience advising on various legal aspects, Laura brings a robust skill set in regulatory compliance, privacy, and risk management to support clients in navigating complex legal challenges.
